La Victoria is our go-to single origin, offering a lively yet approachable cup with a balance of fruity acidity and sweetness. Sourced from farmers in Northern Huila, including members of our Productores del Futuro project, these coffees grow high in the foothills of the Huila Volcano. With a mix of traditional and unique varieties, La Victoria showcases the region’s rich terroir and careful processing, resulting in layered flavors that hint at black cherry, strawberry, and a gentle sugarcane-like sweetness.
